    1. no,no need rooted phone for RIO,just install apk place data and verify data with wifi or GPRS and it will ask u to download 5 mb data,download it and play,RIO is On at androhdclub.blogspot.com, and gta3 will not lag on ur arc

  46. Not compatible on LG Optimus P500 2.2, so upgrades to Gingerbread 2.3.3. Still says not compatible, how come? Game says you need 2.2 and up?
